and they told us and are relocating for work into Western Australia.
How we help them find the property they needed
We had a budget of $1.8 million
and some criteria were: it had to be close to a school,
had to be close to work and their lifestyle was surrounded
with the beach, so obviously had to be very close to the beach.
We come in at 1.7 to find a fantastic home in the western suburbs of Perth
and on their arrival to Western Australia, presented them with a trip, a family
trip for a weekend at the beautiful Bunker Bay in the Margaret River Winery region.
So, we had happy kids.
