I was looking to purchase interstate and found You&Me Property. They were super engaging, nice and knew much about the property market in Perth. Perth has a super fast-paced property market, however with the teams help, I was able to secure an investment property with great rental yield and potential future capital growth.

We were looking to purchase an investment property in Perth and we found You & Me Personalised Property and decided to engaged their service. The initial meeting went smoothly. However, the search process was tense due to the fast-moving Perth property market. Thankfully, we managed to secure a property quickly. As we are interstate, we rely heavily on Simon and Heath to inspect property for us. They have been fantastic, sending us videos straight after each inspection and provided feedback on a timely manner.

Heath has been diligent in following up with the sales agent even after contract was signed to ensure everything was okay. He assisted in negotiations to secure an early possession and also facilitated contacts with tradespeople.  Everything progressed swiftly with minimal obstacles.
