Heath was great to work with during the sale of one of our residential property listings that he introduced his buyer to. The buyers brief was quite unique & needed to accomodate generational living & have high access storage solutions. Heath's energy and enthusiasm are his superpower! From our very first chat, he made buying my first home feel exciting rather than daunting, and that energy never dropped off throughout the whole process. Heath kept me in the loop with every new opportunity and development, and made me feel like a priority, even with how much he juggles. He always had time to send a quick voicenote or give me a call (and maybe call a second time to catch me when I'd missed the first...) That energy and attention translated into results. He tracked down an off-market property for me, priced below market value, that I never would have found on my own, and had the whole thing wrapped up in around 4 months. What really stuck with me is that Heath listens, and then actually follows through. He told me in our first meeting that he loves winning for his clients and now post-settlement, I can see he really meant it. He was there every step of the way, through inspections, negotiations, and all the way to settlement, making sure I always felt supported and never out of my depth. My only bit of constructive feedback relates to the video walkthroughs handled by another member of the You&Me team.  While Heath focused on a property's underlying potential, the walkthroughs tended to prioritise cosmetic problems, like paintwork or state of the garden, which weren't a huge concern for me as a first home buyer. That said, being able to skip attending home opens myself was such a win, especially as someone with little time to spare for property viewings. This was our first time purchasing an interstate investment property, so we knew we needed the right people around us to help navigate the process. My hubby and I discovered You&Me by chance and we're so happy we did!! After navigating buying a home in this competitive market between January and March 2026, travelling backwards and forwards each weekend viewing homes and placing offers on potential properties with no luck, we contacted You&Me Personalised Property Services and were put in touch with Heath Bassett (one of the Directors). From the moment we met Heath in our first 'discovery' meeting we knew he was the man for the job! He thoroughly delved into exactly what we were looking for in a home and his communication and work he put into finding us the right one was second to none. Not only did he secure us our dream home in a short space of time, but the price also negotiated was very much in our favour. The 5 stars speak for themselves. A brief recap of my successful journey with You&Me. I initially reached out to numerous buyer's agents in Perth. Heath, my You&Me agent, was on the phone within hours to tell me what was on offer. A no BS policy from the get-go, no pressure or promises. We had our introductory session soon thereafter. A quick and informative pow wow. Heath had answers to all of my questions. I felt very confident signing up with You&Me. Contract signed, Deep Dive performed. The searching began. From the very start Heath's communication was second to none. A group chat was formed where I was consistently provided with properties that met my criteria. Heath loves a voice note - each one an easter egg containing priceless guidance in finding value in each property. A share-folder was created where I could view property reports, and videos and photos taken by Heath's team, like my own personal walkthrough guide. This was important to me as a FIFO worker, where I was rarely afforded the time to make property inspection dates. There came a point in this journey where Heath and I struggled to come to agreeance on several properties. I let emotions get in the way of making offers on some great buys. Instead of letting this silent frustration impede any other opportunities, Heath decided it best to catch up over a coffee and revisit our gameplan. This was the winning move, and what puts Heath above the rest of other real estate professionals in Perth. I was given a chance to get inside the mind of Heath and understand what he was trying to do - purchase me a winning investment. Heath doesn't beat around the bush, and I needed this brutal honesty. When dealing with such large sums of money it can be hard to not let emotions run wild. It just so happened, as we were taking our last sips of coffee, Heath informed me of a property he wanted me to consider. 8 weeks later and I have the keys. I barely lifted a finger during this entire process. Everything was arranged from start to finish. That included all of the additional services outside of You&Me's requirements. A one-stop shop. I gave Heath my trust and it has paid off. Not only did I secure a great deal in this challenging market, I learned so much a long the way. Cheers Heath mate, I look forward to having this dance again sometime. Also a huge thank you to the whole You&Me team. Down to earth, honest, trustworthy. Buying my first investment property felt quite overwhelming at times, but Heath made the process much easier to navigate. We started looking in March and successfully secured a property within two months. I was working with a fairly tight finance approval deadline, so timing was important. I appreciated Heath's effort and persistence that went into helping me find and secure a suitable property within that timeframe. As I am based in Sydney and was purchasing a property in Perth, having someone local whom I could trust was extremely important. Heath handled the process professionally, kept me informed throughout, and gave me confidence that everything was being taken care of on the ground.
